If you are a current or recently expired IHS member, you already have a user account for this site. Please do not try to create another new account. Your initial user name is your IHS member number, extended to 5 digits if necessary by adding leading zeros. That number is on your membership card and in the upper left corner of the mailing label of The Horn Call. If a valid email address is in our records, you can also use that address to log in.

If you joined the IHS by mail with a paper membership form, are a life member who has not previously logged in to your account, or if you have forgotten your password, you will need to have a new password created and emailed to you. To do that, click the "Lost login info?" link in the login module and request a new password. You must enter the email address that we have on file for you. If you do not receive a password by email within a few minutes of completing the form, look for it in your spam or junkmail folder. If we do not have your current email address on file or if you have trouble getting a replacement password for any reason, email Dan Phillips at manager@hornsociety.org for help.

The first time you log in to your account, you will be taken to your profile page, where you may change your user name and password and update contact information. To do so, mouse over "Edit" and select "Update your profile." After filling in new information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "update" button.
