Help with self-guided ear training!

Looking for help improving my relative pitch, recognizing chord progressions, and identifying sharps/flats! Please let me know your exercises or resources. I tried ToneScholar ( tonescholar.com ) if you're interested) and found it helpful, but it’s way more for singers, which isn't my focus. I’m looking for advice or exercises rather than recommendations for other ear training apps though! Thank you!

Is your intent to improve your playing of written music, or something else - such as transcribing, improv, composing, etc.

If for actual playing of written music, then I suggest slow practice while actually SEEing the written notes, and concentrating on the embouchure FEELing of them. The 'visual clue' of seeing the written notes will (should) activate the 'learned conditioned response' (fingering, sound image, embouchure, air, etc.) needed to play the notes.
