This Paxman 25L has been fitted with Lanstro Leadpipe. Excellent slotting. Very secure in the high register with lots of punch down low. I'm a big fan of the Paxman part of the design as well. The dual-bore of the 25L results in a horn that feels far more open on the low-F side, and makes it easier to play in that difficult break register that a lot of players struggle with.

This instrument is a real pleasure to play. Valves are in great shape. Lots of pop. There are a couple of minor dings in various places on the body. Nothing that affects playability at all. Recently had an ultrasonic cleaning.

It has accompanied me on many of my gigs this spring, but it is spending too much time in its case now that I've gone back to playing on a triple horn full time.

Hope to find a good home for this horn.
Extras: Clebsch strap
