Name: Taylor Peterson
City: New York
State: NY
Country: USA
Alloy: Yellow Brass
Bell: Detachable
Lacquer: none
Case: Alexander backpack case
Condition: Excellent
Other Details: Built in 2015, this is a great Alexander 103 find in amazing condition. Originally brought from Germany by Alexander to The Met horn section, this horn formally belonged to the 4th horn of the Met. It has a hand-hammered bell tail and flare so projection is lovely as well as its easy response. The tone is gorgeous and the slurs are incredibly smooth. Both low and high ranges are superb! I tried 6 Alexander's before trying this one and it was remarkable at how much better this one is. Selling because I have recently switched to a geyer style horn and this one should be played by someone who wants a solid Alex. Email or call for more details and pictures.
