Country: USA
Alloy: Yellow Brass
Bell: Fixed
Lacquer: Unlacquered
Case: Protec
Condition: Good
Other Details: This is a Yamaha 661 Kruspe wrap double horn with a fixed bell that I'm selling for a friend. It includes a left hand flipper, a Protec fixed bell case, Humes and Berg 121 small straight mute, and 2 mouthpieces: a 3 piece Houser (Gold C rim, GS 12 cup, and GS 12 0 stem) and a CKB 7BW.

I play in the Buffalo Philharmonic and I think this is a really great beginner horn for the price. Much better and cheaper than an 8D. Although you don't see this model very frequently, it is consistent throughout all registers and is a nice and easy horn to play. The valves work just fine, there are no major dents, no worn through brass, and no loose soldering. It's just a typical unlacquered horn.

I am happy to arrange for a local trial in Western NY, but I'd prefer not to ship for a trial since it's a low price point.
Extras: 2 mouthpieces and a straight mute.
