Other Details: An interesting old Monnig Kruspe wrap with Bb tuning slide. Most of the lacquer is missing and the horn is cosmetically challenged. A few minor dents, signs of dent raising in the back bow, but it has not been badly damaged. It plays well over the range of the horn. It has a change valve that can either stand in F or Bb. All slides are free, the compression is very good. Probably built in between the wars. I don't know much about Monnig, aside that I think they were a Markneukirchen firm.
