Other Details: Custom Geyer-Style Double Horn by Darin Sorley with Pinc leadpipe.

This is a fantastic instrument that plays about as close to an original Geyer as any horn I've ever tried (And I've tried a whole bunch).

Sound is warm and colorful, easy to play in tune, responsive from top to bottom. Features a leadpipe by Ron Pinc and a single-seam hand-hammered bell. This horn has been on a bunch of gigs with me over the last few months, including a grueling Mahler 9, and some heavy pops programs and has shined at all of them.

Horn is in excellent shape. Valves have lots of pop. Does have a patch on the inside of the bell tail (pictured) which is protecting against a weak point on the other side.
