Yellow Brass, with detachable bell, string valves, and crocodile style Alex flat case. The horn has recently been serviced by Woodhead Horns and is in really good playing condition. There is no serial number and I suspect the horn dates from approximately 1970s. The condition is also good with no damage, thin spots, patches and the valves also have good compression as the horn has only seen light use. There is one very small dent on the knuckle of the first valve Bb side that can be seen in one of the pictures, which could be removed if you desired. The bell is hand hammered and you can see the two gusset seams from manufacture. The horn is a compensator, so a lighter horn than a full double but still plays like a full double will all the notes available without any compromise associated with Bb singles. The horn is in London, UK and priced at £2800 approx $3425 US dollars. Any questions please just ask, plus happy to supply more detailed photos.
