I currently teach studio horn lessons at Bemidji State University. I also teach classes at Itasca Community College and Hibbing Community College. These two colleges plus three others will join to become Minnesota North College in Fall 2022.

Formerly instructor of horn at Kenyon College, Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, Ohio State University, Mahtomedi Middle School, and private studio lessons (DHW Designs). Designer and instructor of Topics in Science of Music for Capital University, Columbus, OH.

I currently perform with Northern Lights Music Festival Orchestra, Duluth Symphony Orchestra, Mesabi Symphony Orchestra, Bemidji Symphony Orchestra, and Itasca Symphony Orchestra on valve horn. On classical and baroque horns I perform with Lyric Baroque and Bach Society of Minnesota in St. Paul, MN.

Formerly I have been engaged as associate member of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, second horn Lancaster Festival Orchestra (OH), principal horn Fargo-Moorhead's Symphony and Opera Orchestras, 3rd horn Duluth Symphony Orchestra. and early music performances with Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra, Toronto, Apollo's Fire Baroque Orchestra, Cleveland, and Newton Baroque, Newton, MA.
