Job Description:

Rolling admissions allows students to begin their program in any semester; full-time graduate students are eligible for graduate assistantships.

Job Description: Graduate students pursuing an M.A.Ed. in Music Education at Arcadia qualify for a graduate assistantship if they are attending full-time. Students can also create a more flexible degree with an emphasis on music education within the M.Ed. program in Curriculum Studies. They still need to pay tuition, however, and we have no scholarships or fellowships designated for students in music education or curriculum studies.

Assistantship experiences depend on the arrangements made with the faculty member with which the student works. They might involve co-teaching a course, academic research, organizing conferences, coordinating and coaching small ensembles, or other work based on student skills and experience.
