Other Details: For your consideration is a Tiefenried era Schmid Double #20024 in excellent condition. 90% of the original Lacquer is intact and only missing on the usual contact points. Great Schmid sound and quality with the ease of flexibility in tone and range. Very light weight! Rotors are original and have good compression with pop. This was a closet horn and now is turning into another closet instrument, too good not to be played. Comes with an MB5 case. 2 Schmid bells are available: Medium Lacquered Hand Hammered Bell with Kranz in close to mint condition Or a Medium Lacquered Spun Bell with minor surface scratches, non of which affect sound or aesthetics. Preferred for local sale in the NYC area but if shipped out of state, buyer pays shipping cost. Price reflects Spun Bell option. During these hard times I am open to serious OBO offers. Thank You!
