Studied with Eugene Rittich (formerly Principal Horn, Toronto Symphony), Francis Bradley (formerly Principal Horn, English Opera), Sandra Donatelle, Ken MacDonald (formerly Hamilton Philharmonic).
Teaching Experience
I have been teaching horn privately in Hamilton since 1984. I have coached the horn section of the Hamilton Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and have been the horn instructor at Redeemer University College and Mohawk College. My students come to love the horn. Many of my young beginners have gone on to advanced study.
Playing Experience
Many years of orchestra, band, woodwind and brass quintet playing. Currently horn coach, Sinfonia Ancaster, and section horn, Burlington Symphony Orchestra and Brock University Wind Ensemble.

Charges
$40 per hour, $50 if at student's home, $35 for an online lesson by Zoom.
