Application for Regional Workshop Assistance Grant

If your workshop is funded by the IHS, you must follow the Regional Workshop Guidelines provided to you. Note that the IHS should receive recognition in the workshop program, and that a copy of the program, attendance information, and a budget summary should be sent to the Regional Workshop Coordinator for the Archives. Workshop announcements should be sent to the IHS News Editor and the IHS Online Webmaster.

Advisory Council members, IHS staff and symposium host(s) may apply for any programs so long as that person is not on the judging panel or committee deciding on awardees of said program. If they are members of the awarding committee or in the decision making process in any capacity, they must recuse themselves from the deliberation and voting process or withdraw their application.
