Kerry Turner's new solo for unaccompanied horn was commissioned by the Japan Horn Soceity as a contest piece for their 2013 solo competition. Two New Titles in OMS
- Details
Two new title from Sy Brandon have been added to IHS Online Music Sales.
Mozart – Rondo from Concerto No. 3, arr. for brass quintet by Sy Brandon
This is a fun and clever arrangement of the Rondo from Mozart's well-known Horn Concerto No. 3. It makes a great horn feature on any brass quintet performance.
Brandon, Sy – Suite for horn and piano
The Suite for horn and piano is an approachable and musically satisfying contemporary horn solo. It is written at the Grade 3 (high-school or early undergraduate) level. It makes a great introductory piece to contemporary horn repertoire.
